Betsy Balkind, LCSW
I am passionate about helping people with trauma of all kinds find healing. I am trained in Attachment-Focused EMDR and enjoy this as my primary modality, which is best-suited for people dealing with Complex and Developmental PTSD and related difficulties. My aim is to help you find more peace in your body, confidence in knowing you can navigate life's challenges, and more authenticity and choice in your day to day life. If you are looking to work through the difficult emotions, complicated layers of thoughts and confusing behaviors with a caring person by your side, I could be the right person for you.
